Surge: Stories of Resilience

This project was commissioned by the SURGE Consortium: Oxfam International, Handicap International, Christian Aid, Plan International, and funded by the European Commission on Humanitarian Aid (ECHO).

Focusing on the work of four international NGOs, this project took us to some of the most remote locations in Mindanao and the Visayas, taking the uncanniest modes of transport to reach off-grid communities that face the most extreme natural disasters.
